"We love Latino food, particularly Puerto Rican, and this place is a gem. The empanadas were the best we've ever had. If they're featuring the guava and cheese empanadas as a special, be sure to have one. The mofongo was a little different than what I've had elsewhere, but quite delicious. My husband's tripleta sandwich was not to be believed. Prices were very reasonable. Our service was wonderful and all the staff we encountered were quite pleasant and friendly. We're really sorry we discovered this restaurant so late in our trip. We might have eaten there every day!"

"Great Caribbean Food! We ate dinner there and we all enjoyed it very much. All but one of us had Bistec (the house specialty, according to our waitress), a thin steak topped with onions, and it was delicious! The other dish we sampled was Ropa Vieja... shredded beef with peppers and garlic, and it was very very good, too. The flan we had for dessert was awesome - creamy and tasty. The atmosphere is casual, like a cafe, and the dining room is clean and well-maintained. We like it a lot and will definitely go back again."
